All cottages are available from 4.00pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 on day of departure.

Linen | All bed-linen, hand, bath and kitchen-towels are provided for all properties. Guests are asked to bring their own swimming/ beach towels. | |
Water | Island mains supply. Bath with fitted shower. Washer/Drier, Dishwasher. | |
Electricity | Up to 120 units included in the weekly rent | |
Detergents | These are supplied - we use the ECOVER range. | |
Heating | Electric Central Heating | |
Cooking | LPG Gas Hob, electric oven and microwave. | |
TV / Satellite | All free- cottages. | |
WiFi | Available in all cottages. Please note our broadband connection in a remote location is not 100% reliable. | |
Children | Travel cot, high- toddlers - please mention when booking. Please bring your own cot sheets. | |
Pets | By prior arrangement only. One well- dog per property. (£10 additional cleaning charge per dog). Dogs should bring their own beds and feeding- the vicinity of neighbouring livestock. Dogs must not be left unattended in or near cottages, and are not permitted upstairs, nor on furniture or beds. | |
Smoking | All Cottages are strictly NON- throughout. |
